Moving frequently as a youth instilled Dirk's passion for real estate at an early age. He first obtained his broker's license in 1991 while working in the commercial sector, luring national retailers into the Denver market. He went on to work with several international organizations before transitioning into finance as a securities broker. When his work required him to relocate to Minneapolis, it was his own personal experience with our parent company there that convinced him he needed to return to Denver, open his own DRG office, and share his love for the city with others. Dirk's highly relational style, experienced contract negotiations, and financial background have allowed him to excel when representing buyers and sellers alike. His exclusive focus on the downtown loft and condo market provides him with a competitive edge, but it's his integrity and dedication to clients that truly sets him apart from the rest of the crowd. Rebecca has been working in Real Estate since the age of 18. Most of her experience comes from the Title Insurance Industry, where she learned the ins and outs of all kinds of transactions, including REO, Short Sale, Double Close, Refinance, and regular property sales. She also worked at Video Professor, where she learned many of the newest computer programs. She has been in Real Estate office management for over a year now. She is also a local High School and College competitive cheerleading coach, and was born and raised in the Metro area. Rebecca is always ready to take your call or email.
